Job Description

We are leveraging AI augmentation to enhance cognitive abilities and we invite you to create history with us. We’re seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead software development projects from initiation to delivery. We are still at an idea stage, trying to build our MVP and test product acceptance. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage software development projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, design, and product management.

3. Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.

4. Coordinate agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

5. Analyze technical requirements, identify potential roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies.

6. Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.

Technical Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.(An added advantage)

2. 3+ years of experience in software development, with 1+ years in project management.

3. Strong knowledge of:

– Programming languages (e.g., Javascript, Python).

– Development frameworks (e.g., React, Django).

– Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

– Cloud platforms (AWS).

– Database management systems (relational, NoSQL).

4. Familiarity with project management tools

Renumeration:

N200,000 monthly

Certifications (Added advantage)

1. PMP (Project Management Professional)

2. Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)

3. Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
