AfrAI Academy is on a mission to equip Africans with AI-driven marketing skills, empowering them to improve employability and create job opportunities. Our content is engaging, educational, and impactful, and we’re looking for a dynamic Reel Creator to help us bring our vision to life!

Who We’re Looking For:

We need a creative and engaging storyteller who thrives on-camera and knows how to turn ideas into short, impactful video content that educates and inspires. You’ll be responsible for producing reels that drive engagement, attract our ideal audience, and showcase the power of AI in marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Film, edit, and reels aligned with AfrAI Academy’s mission.
  • On-Camera Presence: Comfortably present, narrate, or showcase topics in a compelling and engaging way.
  • Storytelling: Turn key insights, trends, and educational content into short, attention-grabbing videos.
  • Editing & Production: Edit videos for clarity, impact, and visual appeal using professional editing tools.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, audios, and formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Engagement: Work closely with the team to ensure reels align with our brand voice and marketing strategy.

Requirements:

  • Strong storytelling ability with a natural on-camera presence.
  • Ability to create compelling video scripts.
  • Experience in short-form video content creation (Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts).
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar).
  • Passion for AI, tech, or digital marketing (a plus but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently while meeting daily deadlines.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, pacing, and engagement strategies for social media.
