Job Description
We are an England-based town planning and architecture firm looking for a talented and detail-oriented law graduate to join our team. If you have strong research skills, enjoy analysing policies and regulations, and are interested in town planning, we want to hear from you!
Job Type:
- Full-time, 5.5 days a week – Remote, work from home
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on town planning, licensing, and property regulations.
- Prepare concise reports and summaries on planning and licensing rules in the UK.
- Generate SEO-friendly blogs and content related to urban planning, property law, and real estate.
- Assist in lead generation by identifying potential clients and drafting outreach materials.
- Maintain and update the company website to keep information accurate and relevant.
- Manage social media activity and develop a posting schedule related to planning and property trends.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote our services and attract clients.
Must-Have Skills:
✅ Strong legal research and writing skills (can analyse policies, regulations, and laws).
✅ Excellent attention to detail, especially in proofreading and data verification.
✅ Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and in a team.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
⭐ Familiarity with WordPress, SEO, or Google Ads (not required but a plus).
⭐ Experience in content writing, digital marketing, or legal blogs.
⭐ Understanding of Canva or other design tools for social media.
