Job Description

We are seeking a Video Production Manager to join our team and lead the production of high-quality video content for worship services, social media, events, and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of video production, including pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Collaborate with church leadership, ministry teams, and creative staff to conceptualize and execute compelling video content.
- Produce video content for weekly services, special events, promotional campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Manage a team of volunteers and staff, providing training and leadership in video production.
- Ensure technical excellence in video quality, sound, and lighting for live and recorded productions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and implement new techniques to enhance production quality.
- Maintain and manage video equipment, software, and other production tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in video production, preferably in a church or nonprofit setting.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of video cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Creative storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, including volunteers.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
