Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital & Growth Marketer located in Lagos. The Digital & Growth Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing growth marketing strategies, analyzing marketing data, growth hacking, generating leads, and utilizing web analytics. The position involves daily collaboration with the marketing team to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or performance marketing.
- Proven experience in lead generation, paid advertising (Google & Facebook Ads), and SEO optimization.
- Experience running B2B marketing campaigns targeting corporate businesses, real estate developers, and IT decision-makers.
- Strong knowledge of email automation, CRM tools, and social media engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in the technology sector is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Lagos
