About the Job
We’re on the hunt for a Field Agent (Contract) who is passionate about beauty and connecting with people. If you’re a proactive, energetic individual ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Pamp in various locations, building relationships with local beauty vendors and clients.
- Conduct on-site visits and promotional activities to drive brand awareness.
- Gather market feedback and report on user trends to inform our strategy.
- Assist in organizing local events and training sessions for vendors.
- Support the expansion of our user base by driving targeted outreach efforts.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a knack for problem-solving and adaptability.
- Familiarity with the beauty or wellness industry is a plus.
- Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for reporting and communication.
- Must reside around East Legon, Spintex, Osu, Labone, etc.
