Do you have a flair for writing catchy headlines and compelling leads, the ability to spot and fix story flaws, and a genuine interest in news?

Daily Report Nigeria is looking for you!

We are hiring qualified news editors to oversee the day-to-day running of dailyreport.ng

From reporting, researching and writing, to commissioning, copy-editing, content packaging and disseminating, this role will oversee a range of materials including news stories, feature articles, op-eds, speeches, fact sheets, briefs and infographics, and will be used to raise awareness about societal issues and the organization’s activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Must be familiar with social media

2. Ability to stay abreast of the latest trends and research

3. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, a Higher National Diploma in journalism, or a related field.

4. Fluency in English (flawless idiomatic written English).

5. Experience in working for a news agency or digital content creation knowledge is desirable.
