Work Locations: Nairobi (Imaara Daima & South C). Mombasa (Bamburi Mwembeni)
Job Type: Part-time/Freelance
Compensation: Competitive (Based on experience and engagement)
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and host engaging podcast episodes focused on digital marketing, web solutions, entrepreneurship, and online business strategies.
Conduct interviews with industry experts, business owners, and thought leaders.
Develop compelling content that educates, entertains, and informs our target audience.
Record, edit, and publish high-quality podcast episodes across major platforms.
Collaborate with our marketing team to promote episodes through social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
Monitor listener engagement and analytics to improve content and reach a wider audience.
Requirements:
Experience in podcasting, broadcasting, or content creation.
Strong storytelling and interviewing skills.
Ability to edit audio and manage podcast distribution platforms.
Passion for digital marketing, business, and technology.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a captivating voice.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
