Job Description
A reputable pharmaceutical company based in Benin City is seeking to recruit an experienced quality assurance manager to join their team. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the company’s quality systems through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key stakeholders to obtain constructive feedback. The candidate will help to maintain a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization’s products and/or development process.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager at a facility located in Benin City. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and implement quality control processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and identify areas for improvement in the production of Aboniki Balm.
Responsibilities
- Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
- Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
- Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Quality Control and Assurance experience. The ideal candidate should have work experience at a GMP-certified pharmaceutical company
- Regulatory Compliance knowledge
- 5+ years’ relevant work experience
- Attention to detail and Analytical skills
- Problem-solving and Decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field
