# Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Trading Volume Growth: Increase trading volume through community engagement, promotions and strategic partnerships.
2. Community Building: Establish and grow a strong community of users, traders and influencers.
3. User Acquisition: Drive user growth through targeted marketing campaigns, social media and content creation.
4. Affiliate Marketing: Recruit, manage and incentivize affiliates to promote CoinEx through various marketing
6. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze community performance, providing data-driven insights for growth optimization.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations and Customer Support.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 2+ years in trading financial market, community building or a related field.
2. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain and trading markets.
3. Network: Established network of influencers, traders and community leaders.
4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
6. Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
7. Language Skills: English fluency (additional languages a plus).
