We are seeking an exceptional Director of Film Planning to join our team and help us navigate the exciting challenges of rapid growth and expansion.

Role Description:

As our Director of Film Planning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision and strategic direction of CBWS’ film and content portfolio. Leveraging your deep industry expertise and innovative mindset, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing compelling content concepts, and orchestrating the end-to-end production process to deliver immersive experiences for our brand partners.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends, audience preferences, and untapped content opportunities

– Ideate and develop innovative film, series, and digital content concepts that align with CBWS’ brand vision and client objectives

– Oversee the production lifecycle, including script development, talent acquisition, budget management, and post-production

– Collaborate closely with our creative, marketing, and business development teams to ensure seamless integration of brand elements and maximized impact

– Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including production houses, studios, and talent agencies

– Continuously monitor performance metrics and industry developments to optimize content strategies and stay ahead of the curve

Key Requirements:

* 7+ years of experience in film planning, production, or content development within the entertainment industry

* Proven track record of conceptualizing and delivering successful film, series, and digital content projects

* Extensive knowledge of the global film/content landscape, emerging trends, and audience preferences

* Exceptional creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to identify and capitalize on market opportunities

* Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation

* Strong network and relationships within the film and entertainment industry

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

* A genuine passion for storytelling and a desire to shape the future of entertainment

Compensation:

In addition to a competitive post-fund base salary, this role offers an attractive commission-based compensation structure. As the Director of Film Planning, you will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and revenue-sharing opportunities tied to the success of the content projects you oversee.
