Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Risk Lead to oversee and enhance the enterprise-wide risk management framework at Trium. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in risk assessment, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies, particularly within the fintech and investment industries. This role is instrumental in safeguarding our ventures while driving strategic decision-making and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM):

• Iimplement, and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework aligned with Trium’s business objectives.
• Identify, assess, and monitor risks across operational, financial, and strategic dimensions.
• Facilitate risk reporting to senior leadership and ensure alignment with regulatory
• expectations.

2. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:

• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
• Monitor changes in regulatory environments and update risk protocols accordingly.
• Lead initiatives to meet standards for external audits and external rating exercises.

3. Operational Risk Management:

• Collaborate with business units to design and implement risk controls forprocesses and systems.
• Lead the implementation of the Ecosystem’s Orchestration Risk Framework.
• Oversee business continuity planning and incident response strategies.
• Establish and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Use data-driven insights to forecast emerging risks and recommend mitigative actions.
• Present regular risk assessments and actionable insights to stakeholders.

4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Partner

• with cross-functional teams to promote a risk-aware culture.
• Train employees and leadership on risk identification and mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to align risk objectives with

organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or

a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications like FRM/PRM are a plus).

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in risk management, preferably within fintech,

venture studios, or investment sectors.

• • Proven expertise in regulatory compliance, risk assessment frameworks, and strategic

planning.

• Familiarity with tools and methodologies like GRC software, risk models, and data

visualization platforms.
