We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Telegram Specialist to manage, grow, and engage our Telegram community. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes online communities and knows how to keep followers informed, entertained, and active on Telegram.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and moderate the official iLot Bet Telegram channels and groups.
- Create engaging, timely, and informative content to drive conversation and interaction.
- Monitor chats, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive and professional community vibe.
- Develop strategies to grow the Telegram community organically.
- Share updates on promotions, match insights, and platform news.
- Track analytics and provide reports on engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align messaging.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Telegram channels or online communities.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Deep understanding of Telegram features (bots, polls, pinned messages, etc.).
- Passion for sports and betting industries is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
