Sarah Hyland Dyed Her Hair Red And It’s So Gorgeous

Sarah Hyland has got a new look! The longtime brunette dyed her hair bright red, and she looks so amazing.

Hyland showed off her new hairstyle when she shared a selfie on Instagram.

“Getting back to my Scottish/Irish roots 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿❤️,” the Modern Family star wrote. “Also, I’m bored and watched all of Outlander for a second time.”

Hyland’s pic was liked over 360,000 times and her celebrity colorist, Nikki Lee, revealed how the actor got her new look.

“Sarah’s been wanting to do this change for a while — and we finally did it,” she told Refinery29.

Lee explained that she added a dimensional shade of copper to Hyland’s hair so she could look like a natural-born redhead.

“It’s perfect for her skin tone and adds a fun flair for spring,” Lee said.
