Job Description
Job Summary:
Our client, a leading bank in West Africa is looking to hire Operations Process Engineers who will designs and optimizes operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization’s operations.
Key Responsibilities: –
- Design and implement optimized processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address process-related issues
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and measure process performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Provide training and support to staff on new and updated processes.
Requirements: –
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in process engineering or operations management roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in process engineering
