I have made a cheese dip in these pots and left the cheese in the pot overnight and when I got up the next morning it was all dried and I thought it was going to be awful trying to remove the dried cheese. However it just slipped right out of the pan and I had no issues removing. The pans are beautifully colored I love how bright they are. The pans seem to cook evenly and I had no issues cooking with them. I like the lids, how they have the silicone handle for safely removing so you don’t get burned. This set does come with a spoon and spatula and a set of three bowls. Every item out of this set is of high quality material, excellent design and by far my favorite set of pans to date.
